Teddy deCaro is President of The deCaro Consulting Group, Inc., a full service Human Resources consulting firm supporting businesses and organizations. Among the services provided are on-site and remote Human Resources support, short and long-term contract recruiting, handbook and policy development and investigations.

Prior to starting her own firm, Teddy was Vice President of Human Resources, Bread & Circus; Vice President of Human Resources for Chadwick's of Boston; Assistant Vice President at Hit or Miss; Western Division Director of Human Resources and Director of Labor Relations and Staffing for Marshalls, Inc.

She has extensive experience in conducting harassment and discrimination investigations, executive recruitment and management training. She has also served as a company’s interim Human Resources department. Teddy is known as the person to contact for networking purposes.

Teddy holds a Master's Degree in Management and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the North East Human Resources Association.

The deCaro Consulting Group, Inc. is an active supporter and contributor to Rhode Island Vest a Dog, the Mansfield Police Department, The American Cancer Society's Road to Recovery Program and the Mansfield Council on Aging.

Rhode Island Vest a Dog (rivestadog.org) received its second bullet proof vest with a donation from the deCaro Consulting Group and received two more bullet proof vests from the Teddy's Team fundraiser.
