• Observe training delivery and provide targeted guidance and feedback to help trainers build mastery
• Facilitate and evaluate scenario-based training (live role-play), offering immediate feedback to enhance employee and trainer performance
• Deliver customized individual and group train-the-trainer programs that bridge the gap between organizational goals and practical, effective learning
• Partner with your trainers to develop business e-learning modules and assessments
